Our journey into STEM innovation began in vibrant Jakarta with a high-energy, three-day workshop aimed at empowering educators through hands-on, real-world STEM training.
Day 1 – Kickoff with Periplus Sales Team
We launched the series with a dynamic session for the Periplus Educational Sales Team—introducing them to the SKOOL21 STEM Innovator Series, its impact, and practical classroom tools.

Day 2 – Micro-Teaching Workshops Begin
Educators from across preschool to secondary levels immersed themselves in STEM activities aligned to their classroom needs.
Morning Sessions:
- Smart Shoes (Robotics Level 4): Becky explored creative tech integration for Grades 1–5
- Metal or Non-Metal (Micro:bit Level 7): Asma blended science with beginner coding for Grades 6–8
Afternoon Sessions:
- 3D Printing with OnShape (Level 10): Dana and Becky introduced design modeling to high school teachers
- Early Constructions (Level A): Suzi led hands-on toy-making for early learners
Day 3 – STEM Meets the Real World
We closed the series with future-ready projects and exciting prototypes that simulate real-world challenges.

- Electric Lamp (Level 2) and UNO Kit (Level 8): Circuits and joint model creation
- Design a Bridge: Creativity meets engineering for KG and Grade 1
- FunKey Board (Level 3): Hands-on multiplication with electronics
